Meet Your Personal Trainer

Over the past 10 years I've trained and competed across the athletic spectrum: weightlifting, boxing, yoga, cycling, gymnastics, Olympic lifts, power lifts, running, hiking, rowing... My true love is strength, especially barbell lifts and calisthenics.

My own coaches showed me the joy of living an active life, and eventually inspired me to become certified and pursue fitness professionally. Now I get to empower my clients to be stronger and healthier through balanced, challenging, and thoughtful training.

​

Outside of fitness... I am a certified public accountant (CPA) and am the Director of Finance for the Kirkland Downtown Association. I try to read one book a week and travel outside the country at least twice a year. I have a cat and a dog, and my gym is pet friendly!

Qualifications

  • American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer

  • UK Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing & Personal Training

  • UK Level 3 Award in Adapting Exercise for Ante / Post Natal Clients

  • UK Level 3 Award in Adapting Exercise for Independently Active Older People
