What is... sesh?
Sesh is short for session, and conveys the fun and playful side of my training. I want to give my clients the feeling of being strong and capable, working hard, and having a good time while doing it. So I created Sesh Training.
I treat every sesh as an investment in your mental and physical health. I will find what makes you want to stay active, while coaching you toward your goals.

For the full experience of personal training with all the equipment you need, come over to my gym! It's just up the hill from downtown Kirkland, with plenty of parking and a private setting. Open to adults of all ages and kids 10 and up.

Train independently with weekly customized programming, designed specifically for your abilities, needs, and goals. This offering includes regular 1:1 check-ins with me, so your sessions continue to reflect your actual progress.
